Mixed Seafood Pasta Puttanesca
Bring large pot of water to a boil and cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
While pasta is cooking, heat 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil in a skillet on medium-high. Add shrimp and cook for 6-7 minutes (until firm). Transfer to a plate and set aside.
In the same skillet, heat the CRMR Kitchen Puttanesca Sauce for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add mussels to the sauce, cover and cook for 5 minutes. Discard any unopened mussels.
Add shrimp to the pan to combine with sauce.
Add pasta to the sauce and add some water if dish looks dry. Top with parmesan cheese and serve in shallow bowls.
