Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts is welcoming a new member to the family of companies – CRMR Kitchen. CRMR Kitchen offers the ability to recreate the CRMR dining experience in your own kitchen. Made in small batches by CRMR Chefs, the CRMR Kitchen line features all natural and locally made sauces, jams, condiments, pre-made meals, pizzas, sausages, salsas and glazes making it easier for home cooks to put a delicious and healthy meal together.
“Guests of our city restaurants and mountain lodges have always asked where to find different items from our menus, so we wanted to be able to provide them with the ability to purchase the Black Bean Sauce that is used on the mussels at Cilantro or the Bumbleberry Jam that is served at all our mountain lodges,” says Pat O’Connor, Owner of CRMR. “This way, customers can create a delicious meal at home knowing they are using local products made in small batches by CRMR Chef’s that contain only natural ingredients.”
Led by Executive Chef, Alistair Barnes, previous Chef at Cilantro, Ken Canavan, and Chef at The Lake House, Thomas Neukom, the CRMR Kitchen product line features a range of signature items such as Mustard Melons, Cranberry Relish, Bison and Elk Meat Sauce featuring meat from CRMR’s own game ranch, Heirloom Ketchup, Black Currant and Foothills Honey BBQ Sauce that was developed specifically for use on game meats, Dill Pickles, Red Curry Lemongrass Coconut Sauce in addition to many other products.
CRMR Kitchen’s products are hand crafted in small batches by our CRMR Chef’s using natural and locally sourced ingredients. We aim to make it easier for our customers to recreate the CRMR Dining Experience in their own homes and put together a delicious meal knowing they are using local products with natural ingredients.
