Baked with Love: Pre-Rolled Cookie Dough from CRMR Kitchen

Nothing brings the whole family together like the promise of freshly baked cookies, served warm from the oven with a big glass of milk. And there’s nothing little ones love more than being helpful, and getting to help prepare those cookies for everyone to enjoy.

Baking cookies is especially timely this month, since October is National Cookie Month, which is a celebration everyone can get behind! Time to put on those aprons, and call the kids in to help celebrate a month devoted to that tasty little treat, the cookie.

But sometimes, after a long day or busy morning, assembling all the ingredients to mix for baking cookies can seem overwhelming. A lot of measuring, mixing, and mess…that’s when CRMR Kitchen pre-rolled cookie dough is the perfect solution. The dough has been expertly prepared for you, and is all ready to go. Kids of any age can help out by placing the uncooked dough on a cookie sheet, and then the cookies are ready to go in the oven. No mess, no fuss, no dishes to clean up-it’s a baking lifesaver!

The delicious pre-rolled cookie dough is available in chocolate chip, made with rich Callebaut chocolate; oatmeal raisin which has hints of cinnamon and delectable, juicy raisins; and peanut butter, with its signature ‘sweet and salty’ flavour profile.


  1. Pre-heat oven at 325 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
  2. Remove pre-rolled cookie dough from packaging.
  3. Place on ungreased cookie sheet, approximately two inches apart.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. (May take a bit longer, depending on individual oven temperature.)
  5. Let cool until safe for little hands to touch. Pour a big glass of milk and enjoy!

To add your own twist, make thumbprint cookies using CRMR Kitchen’s bumbleberry jam. We recommend using the peanut butter cookie dough, and once you have placed the uncooked cookies on the cookie sheet, make an indentation in each cookie and place a small amount of bumbleberry jam in the centre of each cookie. Cook 8-10 minutes, or as long as required, depending on your oven.

It’s as easy as that – just enough effort so that the kids feel like they get to help and bake delicious homemade cookies, but easy enough that mom and dad are willing to bake anytime, anyday, whether it’s before hockey practice or after gymnastics.
